A two-room apartment of 50 m² on the seventh and top floor, on the Juan-les-Pins seafront, facing the beach and the jetty. Nothing above: it feels like a roof terrace.
The rooms are generous, opened up by wide glass doors, and all lead onto a 16 m² terrace with no overlooking neighbours. The view runs from Cap d’Antibes to the Esterel mountains.
Everything here is done on foot: the public beach is at the foot of the building, the private beach next door, and the shops, station and town centre are minutes away. You will not need a car — though a secure garage is available 300 metres away if you bring one.
