Frequently asked questions
Are cleaning and linen included?
Yes. The end-of-stay clean, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is nothing for you to bring.
How do we collect the keys?
In person. We write to you a few days before you arrive to agree on a time, and we welcome you on the spot.
Where can we park?
It depends on the property. At Cap d’Antibes Paradise, street parking is free right outside the house. Palais Juan has a secure garage 300 metres away. Brin d’Azur has secure private parking.
Can we come without a car?
Yes, for Palais Juan and Brin d’Azur. The beach, the shops, the restaurants and Juan-les-Pins station are all within walking distance. From the station, Antibes is 3 minutes by train, Cannes 15, Nice 30.
Are the properties air-conditioned?
Cap d’Antibes Paradise and Palais Juan are air-conditioned. Brin d’Azur is not, at present.
Can you hear the railway at Brin d’Azur?
The railway line runs in front of the building. With the windows closed you cannot hear it. We would rather tell you than let you discover it on arrival.
Are the properties suitable for elderly guests or reduced mobility?
Cap d’Antibes Paradise is not: the staircase has no handrail and the bathroom has a bathtub. Palais Juan is on the seventh floor with a lift. Get in touch and we will point you to the right property.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes, on request. Nice airport is around twenty minutes away. We arrange the transfer with a driver — book it before you arrive.
Can you help us book a restaurant or a beach club?
Gladly. We know the good addresses locally and we will make the booking for you if you wish. Just tell us what you are looking for.
Can we hold a party at the property?
No. The properties are in residential areas and parties are not permitted.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the properties.
Can we smoke in the property?
Not indoors. You are welcome to smoke outside — on the terrace, the balcony or in the garden, depending on the property.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out before 11 am. If your train or flight falls awkwardly, write to us: when the property is free, we will work something out.
Why book here rather than through a platform?
Because it costs less. The price you see is the price you pay, and you deal with us directly before and during your stay, with no intermediary.
