Any request concerning your personal data — access, correction or deletion — may be sent to contact@aurorehome.fr.
What we collect, and why
The contact form collects your name, email address, the dates
you have in mind and your message. This is used only to reply to you. It is kept
for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Bookings: the information needed for your stay and your
payment is collected and held by our providers, Chanlify and Stripe, under their
own policies.
Browsing: our host records connections for security and
operational purposes.
Who has access to your data
Your data is never sold, shared or used for advertising. It is processed by:
- o2switch — website hosting, in France
- Chanlify — booking management
- Stripe — payment processing
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The
typefaces are served from the site itself: nothing is sent to any outside
service when you read a page.
Strictly necessary cookies may be set by Chanlify and Stripe when you make a
booking, to secure it. Those do not require your consent — which is why this
site shows you no cookie banner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port
your data. To exercise these rights, write to us: we reply within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the French data
protection authority, the CNIL, at 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, or file a
complaint at cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form is protected against
automated submissions, and your IP address is never stored in readable form.
