A generous 30 m² studio, completely refurbished, extended by a conservatory and a 10 m² terrace looking out to sea.
This is no ordinary studio: there is a proper bed, a dining area, and a small sitting room set up in the conservatory. Everything is glazed, and everything faces the water — a side sea view, opposite Palais Juan.
The seafront and the beach are reached directly on foot. A secure private parking space is included.
Worth knowing: the railway line runs in front of the building. You cannot hear it with the windows closed, but we prefer to say so. The studio is not air-conditioned at present.
