A three-room home of 60 m² in an old stone building, in the heart of the Garoupe district, on Cap d’Antibes. Garoupe beach and the coastal path are both a five-minute walk away.
Five metres of ceiling height, a large living room with a fireplace, and an open kitchen with a sea view opening onto an east-facing balcony. The bedrooms look out to sea as well; one is reached by a staircase, on a split level. From one of them, you can hear the sea. The one facing the Garoupe has a luxury hotel mattress.
At garden level, 82 m² of outdoor space with sun loungers, a dining table and a barbecue. Parking is free on the street, right outside the house.
The Garoupe district is a haven bordered by Mediterranean trees, one of the best-preserved coastal parks on the Riviera with its nine hectares, at the heart of the finest beaches, with the Alps on the horizon.
Worth knowing: the villa is not suitable for elderly guests — the staircase has no handrail and the bathroom has a bathtub. Parties are not allowed.
